AT News

KABUL: Tens of Afghans set demonstration in front of the United Nations agency in Austria’s capital of Vienna to protest what they called “Pakistan’s proxy war” and the country’s interference in Afghanistan.

They called on the United Nations (UN) not to turn blind eye on the destructive actions and atrocities committed against Afghans by Pakistan.

The protestors urged the UN to protect human rights in Afghanistan and take necessary, practical and serious measures for ending the current war in the country.

This comes as earlier, hundreds of Afghans protested against Pakistan proxy war and negative interference in Afghanistan, and stressed an end to the current war and the observance of permanent ceasefire in the war-battered country.
