COVID-19: 94 new cases, two deaths reported in last 24 hours

KABUL: Afghanistan has recorded 94 new cases of coronavirus and two deaths around the country in the past 24 hours, said the Ministry of Public Health on Tuesday.

The total tally since the outbreak of the epidemic has reached to 56,873 cases nationwide.

The new cases were reported out of 2,372 suspected samples.

Another 25 patients have fully recovered in the same period of time.

The total recoveries exceeded to 51,928 and the deaths to 2,514 across the country since the outbreak of the pandemic started a year ago.
