Ghani asks for report on education within 2 weeks

AT-KABUL: President Ashraf Ghani asked for a report on the current position and quality of education within two weeks, said his office on Wednesday.

President Ghani chaired a session to assess the current position of education across the country. He instructed officials in the Ministry of Education to prepare a report on position and quality of education within two weeks time.

He urged the ministry to spare no efforts in providing quality education to Afghan children.

In a bid to avail every opportunity to improve quality of education, President Ghani said that coordination should enhance between the Ministry of Education, other concerned ministries and donors.

He also stressed on cooperation from people to improve quality of education.
