KABUL: The five-year term of the national unity government would be ended within some days, while commitments of government leaders on creating one million job opportunities, economic development, struggle against corruption, peace and security remained as slogans.

Analysts and members of parliament say that the rate of unemployment had unprecedentedly increased during the unity government who had promised to create job opportunities.

They accuse the government of sabotaging the ongoing peace process instead of supporting it.

President Ghani is running for second term of leading the war-hit country. He has to fight powerful rivals in the presidential who accuse him of not working enough in the past five years of his presidency.
