MAIL to distribute 1,000 tons of wheat among IDPs in west

AT-KABUL: The Ministry of Agriculture Irrigation and Livestock said on Monday it has allocated 1,000 tons of donated wheat to be distributed among internally displaced people in the western provinces of Farah, Badghis and Ghor.

According to a statement, the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock during his three-day visit from Herat said that his ministry has allocated 1,000 tons of wheat to be distributed among IDPS in three western provinces.

The minister also met with the representative of IDPs in Herat to dig into their challenges.

The IDPs, while appreciating MAIL for wheat allocation, asked minister to reach their voice to the cabinet of the government to motivate them for further assistance of the IDPs in Farah, Ghor and Badghis provinces.
