AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) said Sunday its operatives arrested three Pakistani terrorists before they joined the loyalists of Daesh (Islamic States of Iraq and Syria) in the eastern Kunar province.
The agency said in a statement the arrested terrorists were identified as Hazifa S/O Fatah, Hamza S/O Abdul Raheem and Noor Hamid S/O Hazrat Ali.
“The terrorists were originally residents of Jandul village in Bajaur of Pakistani tribal area arrested in Asadabad city, the provincial capital before they want to joint to Daesh terrorist group in Nanagarhar province,” statement said.
This comes as local officials in the province had earlier said the militants loyal to the Daesh terrorist group mostly come from Pakistan.
