‘Our land is used as laboratory for weapon test’

AT News Report-KABUL: The drop of the biggest non-nuclear bomb was not on the Islamic State (IS), which is also known as Daesh terrorist, but it was a test of mass destruction weapon to show the US rivals, a former high ranking governmental official said.

Former National Security Advisor, Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta, said: “The real address behind use of such big bomb is neither Daesh nor the Taliban insurgents, but those who are outside the country—our land has been used as laboratory by the US to test weapon.”

Afghanistan is turning into a land for testing weapons by the competitor countries and it is not good for the stability of the Afghanistan, he added.

“I hope that we by having significant policy based on national interest, to reverse our country as war place for powerful countries,” he added.

He furthered: “To become a competent place for world powerful countries, headed by United States and the Russian Federation is totally harmful for us.”

He added that due to improper policy of the National Unity Government, the country has been on the face of crisis, and the constitution of such situation would be incompetence.

The US military’s largest non-nuclear bomb killed over 90 Daesh terrorist as it decimated deep tunnel complex of the group. The GBU-43/B Massive Ordinance Air Blast bombe—better known as mother of all bombs, hit Daesh hideouts in Achin district. However, a large number of Afghan masses, including some politicians, lawmakers, social activities, and other patriot Afghans, have termed the bombing as a clear violation of Afghanistan sovereignty.
