By Akhtar M. Nikzad-KABUL: After leaking documents about supporting armed insurgents by Pakistan intelligence, Wolesi Jirga or Lower House of Parliament took decision to complain about obvious military interference of Islamabad to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).
The IPU is the international organization of Parliaments. It was established in 1889 with membership of 170 countries of the worldand supports the efforts of democracy and works for international peace and stability in close co-operation with the United Nations.
Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi, Speaker of Wolesi Jirga, welcomed ex-spy chief Rahmatullah Nabil for submission of six documents about supporting and equipment of terrorist networks by Pakistan intelligence.
Ibrahimi remarked that the offered documents show that Islamabadhas not firm determination for peaceful and stable in Afghanistan.
He pointed out the documents was leaked in the occasion that Afghangovernment involved in the multiple battles against terrorist networks in various parts of the country.
“Wolesi Jirga will lodge its formal complaints to the IPU about military interference of Pakistan intelligence in Afghanistan to put pressure over this country to refrain from supporting international terrorist networks,” asserted Ibrahimi.
Recently Rahmatullah Nabil the former Chief of National Directorate of Security leaked six documents allegedly showing Pakistan’s intelligence supporting, equipping and funding Haqqani terrorist Network, Taliban and other terrorism groups for launching attacks in Afghanistan.
“After inauguration of the National Unity Government Nabil handed over the documents to President Ashraf Ghani in a bid totake decision or shared with United Nation, but unfortunately Ghani did not pay attention to the documents,” said MP, ShikibaHashimi.
He asked Nabil to reveal discussions between President Ghani and Raheel Sharif Chief of Army Staff which they had in Pakistan behind the closed door.
“The document approve the facts that all the aids of United State of America for Islamabad is spent for supporting of terrorism networks instead Islamabad suppress these networks inside its soil,” asserted Muhammad Sarwar Usmani Farahi.
Wolesi Jirga asked USA not spend its people taxation over Pakistan, because this country spends the cash for supporting, funding and equipping of international terrorism. They warned if USA does not revise its financials cooperation for Islamabad it would create a great danger of terrorism for the world.
