AT-KABUL: Two Pakistani women, loyal to the Islamic State known as Daesh, were arrested in eastern Nangarhar province, officials said, as they were transferring classified documents to the group.
The National Security and Defence Forces arrested the suspected women in Kot district, provincial government’s media office said on Monday.
The seized documents contained information how to make explosive devices and other weapons, the source said.
Currently investigation is under way on the two women, loyal to the Daesh group, the source added.
Kot district is considered to be the stronghold of the Daesh group since their emergence in Afghanistan. The group devise their every subversive activities from there.
There is no denying to the fact that Pakistan intelligence agency is making all out efforts to strengthen the foothold of Daesh group in Afghanistan.
The arrest of two Pakistani women, loyal to Daesh is the clear indication of Pakistan’s support to the group. The Afghan officials always pointed out blame finger toward Pakistan and its role for igniting war in Afghanistan. It is also proved that Pakistan providing safe hideouts to the Taliban, as all high-profile Taliban leaders were killed there.
