5 killed in Kabul mosque shooting


Kabul: Five people were killed as a man opened fire inside a mosque in Khawja Rawash area of Afghanistan capital Kabul on Wednesday, police said.

A gunman has shot dead five members of a single family and wounded one other in a mass shooting today, November 23, inside a mosque in the 9th district of Kabul city, Kabul police spokesman said.

Kabul police have declared the motive of this shooting as personal enmity.

He added that the efforts of security forces to arrest the criminal is underway.

A few days ago, a cleric and a worshiper were also killed in an armed attack in Karte Naw area of ​​the capital.
