569 suspected criminals detained in Kunduz last year

KABUL: At least 569 suspected criminals were arrested on charges of different crimes in northern Kunduz province in the last one year.

Kunduz police succeeded in arresting 569 suspected criminals under the frame of “Security Chapter” in Kunduz, Kunduz Police Press Disk said in a statement on Saturday.

According to the statement, out of 569 detained suspects, 159 of them were under the chase and arrest warrants were issued by attorney and the rest 405 were accused of killing, robbery, beaten, violence and bullying.

The dossiers of the captured culprits had been handed over to related judicial organs for further inquiry, the statement added.
