Baloch youth denounces intelligence deal with Pakistan

AT-KABUL: The chairman and members of Baloch youth council in Afghanistan called on ex-President Hamid Karzai here on Wednesday. Members of the council strongly denounced signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between National Directorate of Security (NDS) and Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

They applauded Hamid Karzai for his wise leadership over the past 13 years.

Members of the council expressed their deep concerns over signing of the MoU and termed signing of intelligence sharing deal as against national interests.

They called on Karzai to continue his nation building efforts and work for peace and stability in Afghanistan.

It is worth mentioning that the incumbent government has said that the deal is not finalized so far and it would be signed after that national consensus was built.
