Kabul: Referring to the critical situation in Afghanistan, the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that Afghanistan is a living example of America’s warmongering.
“Wang Wenbin”, the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, stated that the American war in Afghanistan destroyed a generation in Afghanistan, 174,000 people were killed and millions more were displaced.
He added that the impact of this war also caused millions of Afghans to struggle with death, about three million children to stop going to school, and 18.9 million people to face acute food shortages.
Stating that Afghanistan is a living witness to the failure of America’s “democratic transformation” program, Wang Wenbin also said: Despite the cost of 2 billion dollars and the death of 2,400 American soldiers, the war in Afghanistan has become one of the biggest military failures in the history of this country.
He said that although the US failed in Afghanistan, it has not given up its policy and interferes in the internal affairs of other countries in the name of democracy and human rights.
