KABUL: The ministry of public health recorded 587 fresh cases of Covid-19 plus 30 deaths during the last round of clock. The new tally was recorded out of 2,642 samples.
According to the ministry, during this period, 945 patients were recovered, pushing the total number of the recoveries to 100,036. The total number of cases surpasses to 148,572 and the death number reached 6,804. However, the experts believe the figures are major undercounts as the exact number of the infections and death is way higher than reported by the health ministry.
This comes as the government has put the Covid-19 vaccination mandatory for the university students. But the vaccination process faced rebukes and criticism by the students, believing that the vaccines have its side affects on the human body.
