Four civilians hurt in blast in Kunduz

AT-KABUL: At least four civilians were injured in Kunduz province when explosives placed on a bicycle went off. This is almost third time that a bicycle has been used in terror act.

The explosion took place while Interior Minister, Noorul Haq Ulomi, left for Kunduz to oversee the military operation and meet the local people about the security situation in the area.

Kunduz governor’s spokesman, Abdul Sami, told media that the blast took place at 10 am on Thursday in the city of Kunduz province. He the bomb went off when a police vehicle was passing by.

So far no armed militant group claimed the responsibility for the explosion, but mostly Taliban is involved in terror attacks and desablizing security.
