Four kidnapped civilians killed in Ghazni

AT-KABUL: Militants beheaded the four people, who were kidnapped from Ajristan district of Ghazni province, around three days ago, said acting governor of the province.

Musa Khan Akbarzada said that all the kidnapped people were civilians.

According to reports, four civilians were residents of Malistan district and they were on their way to Ajristan when they were kidnapped by unidentified gunmen on Tuesday last week.

According to another source in the province, the kidnappers killed the four civilians, after that the government rejected a swap deal.

The source said the kidnappers were militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). It said that the gunmen kidnapped the civilians in the same day, when security forces arrested a group of militants.
