Karzai considers the national dialogue necessary for a lasting peace in Afghanistan

Kabul: Former President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai has met with the Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Afghanistan and acting head of UNAMA, Marcus Potzel.

Both sides discussed the situation in Afghanistan and the region, and strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Kaj education center in Kabul.

Former president once again emphasized the reopening of girl’s secondary schools, and starting national dialogue between Afghans for lasting peace and stability in the country.
