Man accused of cybercrime arrested in Kabul

KABUL: One has been arrested in connection with cybercrime by police during operation in Kabul.

The detained man identified as Murtaza, resident of 13th PD, who was involved in cybercrime since a while, said a statement issued by Kabul Police Press Department.

The suspect was engaged in blackmailing of number of citizens and defraud business, added the statement.

According to the statement, the culprit was under chasing of police and was arrested in 18th PD of Kabul city.

The detained man is under custody and under investigation, the statement added.
