Pakistani forces attacked Afghan security forces that caused casualties among Afghan soldiers and civilians, he said.

Four shops and a hotel were burnt inside the Afghanistan territory by Pakistani forces, he said, adding that Afghan forces also fired on the Pakistani forces in retaliation to the attack.

Two security posts of Pakistani soldiers and their building were also caught fire in Afghan security forces’ attack, he said. The clash has now stopped and the situation has returned to normalcy.

On the other hand, the governor’s spokesman Ghani Musamam said that two Afghan policemen were killed and 11 others, including four civilians, were wounded in the border clash.
