Paktia IED blast leaves two brothers dead

KABUL: Two brothers have been killed in an IED blast in southern Paktia province, local officials confirmed on Wednesday.

Provincial Police Spokesman, Sarwar Wali Tabassum said the incident took place in Gomruk area of Danda Patan district of the province. “Two brothers were died in a motorbike bombing.”

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but unfortunately such attacks have often inflicted casualties on the civilians. The human rights activists have repeatedly called on the war sides to pay serious attention prevent civilian casualties.
