Kabul: According to Russian media, Putin announced this issue in a video speech on Wednesday and said: The goal of the West is to weaken, divide and ultimately destroy Russia.
By signing the partial mobilization decree, the President of Russia stated that the measures to mobilize part of the forces will start from today, September 21 in Russia.
He added that only citizens who have first degree of experience are included in the framework of relative mobilization.
In this special speech, Putin ordered that the legal status of volunteers in the Northern Military District and fighters in the Donbas region be equal to the personnel of the Russian Federation Army.
The President of Russia also warned: Those who threaten Russia with nuclear weapons, the direction of the wind will turn towards them.
Referring to Moscow’s special military operations in Ukraine, the President of Russia stated: Russian forces are liberating this land step by step.
He reminded that the Lugansk People’s Republic has been completely cleansed of neo-Nazis and the conflict is ongoing in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Putin once again called the goal of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine to liberate the Donbas region.
Meanwhile, Russia Today news channel reported, “Sergei Shoigu”, the Minister of Defense of Russia, announced immediately after signing this decree that 300,000 people will be called up, which is nearly 1% of public mobilization resources.
Regarding the general mobilization conditions, he explained that these conditions do not include the current situation of students and only include the reserve forces in the army or those who have the necessary experience.
The Minister of Defense of Russia pointed out that 70 armies, more than 200 civilian satellites and the entire North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) are working for the interests of Ukraine.
According to Shoigu, Russia is not at war with Ukraine, but with the entire Western bloc.
