Rocket landed in empty house in Kabul’s Sherpur


Kabul: A rocket hit a house in Kabul’s locality of Sherpur on Sunday, causing no causalities, the Ministry of Interior said.

Abdul Nafee Takour, the spokesman of the Ministry of Interior of the interim government of the Taliban, has confirmed the occurrence of an explosion in the city of Kabul adding there were no casualties.

On the other hand, a number of Kabul citizens told the media that they heard several explosions in different parts of Kabul city including one in Dehmezang area, but there are no details about the nature of this explosion and security officials have not provided any information in this regard so far.
