KABUL: Hamdullah Moheb, President Ashraf Ghani’s National Security Adviser, says that Taliban have no reason for continuing the ongoing war once the United States pulls its soldiers out of Afghanistan.Moheb called on Taliban that it is a good time for them to abandon violence and reconcile with the government of Afghanistan and turn as part of the country’s society.
