Kabul: The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) says it plans to conduct the measles vaccination to 550,000 Afghan children.
UNICEF has said in a tweet today, Wednesday, that this number of children in 9 central provinces of Afghanistan will benefit from the measles vaccine.
According to the United Nations Children’s Fund, the measles vaccine is supposed to be implemented in cooperation with the Afghanistan Department of the World Health Organization and Japan.
It should be mentioned that two days ago, the measles vaccination campaign was started in Zabul Province.
