AT-KABUL: National Directorate of Security (NDS) arrested a would-be suicide bomber who was raped by the Taliban commanders before sending him to carry out attack.
A statement issued by the NDS quoted the would-be suicide bomber, Bilal, as saying that he was gang raped by four commanders of the Taliban in Bati Kot district of the eastern Nangarhar province before sending him to carry out suicide blast.
“16-year old, Bilal wanted to carry out suicide blast on police headquarters of Bagrami district of Kabul province,” the statement added.
The would-be suicide bomber in a footage sent to media said that Abozar, a commander of Taliban, taped his mouth shut and raped him the night before sending him to carry out suicide blast.
The NDS said most of kids in training centers of the Taliban and Haqqani network are being raped.
