10 Islamic State terrorists killed in Nangarhar
KABUL: At least 10 Daesh fighters were killed in an operation launched by special unit of intelligence forces in eastern Nangarhar province.
National Directorate of Security (NDS) special unit conducted operation against Daesh in Lalmi area of Nazian district of Nangarhar last night, which as result 10 Daesh fighters were killed, said Nangarhar Governor Attaullah Khogyani.
He said that three Daesh hideouts along with 10 rifles of AK-47, 10 rocket launchers and some other ammunition destroyed during crackdown.
Intelligence forces were supporting by air forces during operation, he added.
The three hideouts of the Daesh, which destroyed during operation was using for planning and conducting of subversive activities in the province, noted statement
No intelligence forces and civilians were harmed during the operation, underlined the statement.
