AT-KABUL: A large number of people in the northern province of Baghlan took a peace move, asking the government and armed opposition groups to observe ceasefire to help national consensus and Friday that a national consensus was a must to protect the achievements gained in the past 18 years.
Separately, some tribal elders in the province called on Kabul not to ignore their role in the efforts toward peace.
