Kabul: Following the concern expressed by the member states of Shanghai, especially Russia, about the presence of some terrorist groups in Afghanistan and threats to other countries from this area, the Taliban responded to this concern by issuing a statement and said that Islamic Emirate as a responsible government, does not allow anyone to use Afghanistan’s soil against other countries.
The statement adds: “It expects other countries, especially countries in the region, to prevent those citizens who are trying to enter Afghanistan to perform destructive activities. Unfortunately, we have to say that several recent incidents of insecurity in Afghanistan have been carried out by a number of nationals of the region, so it is necessary for the mentioned governments to fulfill their responsibility in this regard.”
