Afghanistan Records 21 New Cases of COVID-19

KABUL: Afghanistan has recorded 21 new cases of Coronavirus around the country in the past 24 hours, said the Ministry of Public Health on Tuesday.

The total tally since the outbreak of the epidemic has reached to 56,016 cases across the country.

The new cases come positive out of 1,711 suspected samples tested during the same period of time.

Another 18 patients have fully recovered in the past 24 hours.

The total recoveries exceeded to 49,499 and the deaths to 2,460 in the country since the outbreak of the pandemic started around one year ago.
